What is a Birth Doula?

A Doula is a trained professional who provides continuous physical, emotional and informational support to their client before, during and shortly after childbirth to help them achieve the healthiest, most satisfying experience possible.

Birth Package

$1,500*

  • 2 prenatal appointments focused on preparation for labor and postpartum, tailored to your unique needs. This includes assistance with the completion of a “birth plan”.

  • Continuous in-person physical, emotional, and informational support for you and your birth team.

  • Up to two hours of immediate postpartum support to help your family settle, including assistance with the first latch, if breast/chest feeding.

  • 1 postpartum visit to ease your transition into parenthood. This includes an introduction to infant massage.

  • Ongoing text support throughout pregnancy and postpartum for reassurance and guidance.

  • This one-hour coaching session is designed for parents at any stage—including pre-pregnancy—who want expert guidance on pregnancy, birth, or postpartum. Whether you need help with labor preparation, birth planning, or newborn care, this session provides real-time, judgment-free support, leaving you feeling informed and confident.
